Payement terms

• 200,000 Baht upon booking plot (refundable after house built)

• 1st installment: 25% of total land and house price (Deposit payable 15 days after booking / project work starts)

• 2nd payment: 20% of total land and house price upon completion of 2nd stage construction of foundation and ground beams

• 3rd payement : 20% of total land and house price upon completion of 3rd stage construction roof, walls and foundation of swimming pool

Construction time

• Construction period is approximately between 10 and12 months.
  Monthly internet fee for 10 Mbps speed from 3BB is approximately 632 Baht.

• Installation of water and electricity meters are provided by Breeze Hill Hua Hin.

• Water and electricity charges will be paid individually by owner.

• Full service maintenance fees is 12 baht/sqm of purchased plot which include security 24 hours, garbage disposal, common areas such as common garden and access road, private swimming pool service twice a week with products, private garden three

• times per week, termite extermination service once a month with non toxic product.
